About the programme

Hotel Management goes beyond running a hotel: it covers the management of accommodation services, restaurants, resorts and other tourism establishments. The field calls for sharp management thinking, organisational skills, the ability to anticipate market trends and a drive to improve the guest experience.

Running since 2021, the programme focuses on five core areas: front office, restaurant, housekeeping and bartending operations, and event organisation.

Professional internships take place on the real equipment and in the real operating conditions of 4–5-star hotels, guided by the hotels' department heads and deputies together with lecturers; students who complete an internship receive a certificate of achievement.

The foreign-language exit standard is equivalent to level 3 of Vietnam's six-level language proficiency framework.
